All of the items we offer have been approved by our dogs, and we have plenty of them!
All the food and treats are either all natural or organic and will never, ever contain by-products or artifical anything!

After your order is placed and credit card is approved, it generally ships within 3 business days. Our average delivery time is 5 - 7 days, depending on the shipping destination for in-stock, non-serviced items, however orders may take up to 14 business days for delivery. Some items may be arriving in separate shipments. Orders may arrive from multiple locations as some items are shipped from our store and some are shipped directly from our suppliers.
Shipping Costs for Furniture, Bed & Oversized Items...
Shipping and handling for all beds, furniture and other oversized items will require additional shipping charges. After placing your order for these items, we will contact you if there will be any additional shipping fees.
Please note that customized items, items sent directly from our suppliers and oversize items may take additional time for delivery.
We cannot ship to PO boxes.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Dog Savvy is happy to accept any product that doesn't meet your expectations, just return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 20 days of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.
Please do not place a new order for the item(s) you would like in exchange. If you place a new order, your credit card will be charged for that order and you will be issued a store credit for your returned merchandise. Store credits are valid for one year from the issue date and can be used for store or website purchases.
Please measure your pet as accurately as possible, as we allow only one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping + handling fee of $15 per item. We do not issue refunds, cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom orders, and we cannot accept returns COD. Dog Savvy does not reimburse shipping charges.
*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 20 days, has been used, or is not in its original and sellable condition.
